A full product refund OR an exchange of equal value is guaranteed for returns unopened, as new.

The item is older than 6 months from delivery
We are unable to offer any reimbursement. We are unable to offer any reimbursement. We are unable to replace items of this age; however the item may be covered by a manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for more information,if the products is an imported version,please contect us to get the warranty

What is covered?

  • Technical defects
  • Faults caused by improper workmanship or materials

What is not covered?

  • Accidental damage
  • Damage to screens, fascias and surrounds (inc. fading and discolouration)
  • Liquid damage
  • Issues caused by third party software
  • Issues caused by unlocking your device
  • Any components added since the item was originally sold to you

1.For non-fault problems, you are responsible for the returned freight. If it is a product failure or defect, we are responsible for the freight.

2.

Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, promotional gifts/items, CDs etc for that product).

3.Products physically damaged (Cracked components, dents, scratches, defacement, wear and tear or wilful damage) will not be accepted.

The goods being returned may contain important or confidential data. It is your responsibilities to ensure any personal data is backed up and / or removed from any goods prior to returning them. We will not be held liable for any loss of data stored on returned units.

5.All returned inventory will be returned to the distributor's warehouse for refund, Since we have already paid the distributor for your product, we need the distributor to process the return refund , so the refund will be processed to your bank within 14-30 working days

7.From submitting the return or replacement request, we need up to 10-30 working days to complete the return Or replacement, since the payment system cannot refund to the original credit card, all refunds need to be reached by bank transfer to Refund recipient's bank account , if you do not send our designated bank account, the refund will can not be processed

 

Unwanted Goods - As New

If you have changed your mind about the goods ordered and wish to return them, then you can do so provided you request your returns number within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be in not opened sealed when returned.

What will I get refunded?

Will I get any delivery costs refunded?

We are not responsible for shipping costs for products that have changed attention or are no longer needed

What type of 'handling' will affect the refund ?

  • opening or removing packaging

breaking manufacturers security seals

  • Goods Faulty - within first 30 days

  • If the goods are tested faulty

    • You can either have a replacement, a credit towards another product or a full refund

     

  • The replacement or get refund time for all defective products is 14-30 working days Include the time to arrive at the distributor to start testing the product,  which means that from submitting the return or replacement request, we need up to 14-30 working days to complete the return Or replacement, since the payment system cannot refund to the original credit card, all refunds need to be reached by bank transfer to Refund recipient's bank account , if you do not send our designated bank account, the refund will not be processed

    Goods Faulty - after 30 days and within 6 months

    If this unfortunately should happen and your goods develop a fault after 30 days of dispatch please contact the manufacturer regarding a replacement as most offer product warranties and replacement services. If it is a non-UK version, you can also contact us for warranty or replacement

     More than 6 months

    For the non-UK version, we are responsible for a 36-month warranty. For the warranty, please refer to the content covered by the warranty. For the UK version, please contact the brand directly to obtain the warranty
